Installation instructions

Installation and Wiring

  1. Isolate and verify all cabinet power before installation or wiring work.
  2. Use three 4 mm x 20 mm screws to secure the RTU inside the feeder pillar or waterproof cabinet.
  3. Connect Ua and Un reliably to AC 220 V because phase A supplies operating power to the device.
  4. Connect the three-phase voltage, current transformers, DO contactor outputs, DI feedback and communication ports according to the approved diagram.
  5. Close the Auto / Manual input between IN15 and INcom when RTU control is enabled; otherwise the unit remains in maintenance mode.
  6. Add a 3P 5 A circuit breaker for input voltage detection and connect terminal 19 reliably to earth.
  7. Never leave the current-transformer secondary circuit open, and install every transformer in the same direction.
  8. Restore power and verify the LCD, automatic mode, communications, measurements, outputs, inputs and alarms.
